Service Description
Thursday 11.45am – Beginner Pilates This class is at a slightly slower, with plenty of guidance and adjustments to help you build confidence and strength. It doesn't matter about your fitness level, how flexible you are or any injuries. This class has you covered and you will always be able to do the exercises. Here's what you need to know - - Please turn up 5 mins before the start of the class to get set up. - Mats are provided but if you want to bring your own thats fine. - Please wear clothing which you can move in and feel comfortable. - We take our shoes off in the studio so please wear some socks for the class. - If you have any injuries please let Cara know at the start of the class as modifications will be provided. If you can't make the session please email in to cara@coachingwithcara.co.uk as soon as you know you can't attend. I will try to resell your place but unfortunately if I can't then the place is non refundable.
