A bit about me - I was born and bred in Telford but moved to Wem, Shropshire five years ago and I love the countryside. I run my business while raising my little boy, I'm Event Director for Haughmond Hill parkrun, I play netball twice a week, and a hill walk with my boys brings me as much joy as an Aperol Spritz with the girls.

The relationship with food program -
This is a 6 month bespoke plan, starting with weekly calls for 3 months, then twice monthly calls for 2 months and finishing with Whatsapp support for a month.
The program helps you to learn about why you eat and think the way you do, to change those patterns and implement them sustainable into your life and allows you to do gain more independence as things get easier for you.
The relationship with food 6 month program is £199 per month or £999 with upfront payment.
